The Yosemite Valley Blanket highlights the crown jewel of Yosemite National Park in California. This blanket details the iconic Yosemite Valley celebrating the iconic Yosemite Falls, Half Dome and El Capitan among many other inspiring locations. The colors of the blanket reflect dramatic granite cliffs found throughout the region.
Yosemite Valley has inspired generations of climbers, hikers and lovers of the outdoors.
They designed this blanket to work with Pendleton's jacquard weaving process. The wool is sourced from the highest quality sheep and is processed, dyed, and finished from end to end by Pendleton in the Pacific Northwest.
Using a process called pick and pick, the jacquard weaving loom blends two colors of yarn to achieve the range of colors in the blanket. This process produces the inverse of the design on the back of the blanket.
Individually packaged in a custom North box and includes a key to the colors and iconic locations of the valley.
