When Dave from 33 Books Co. is not designing, printing, or riding his electric tricycle, he likes to bake.

Specifically, he bakes bread, of the Pain de la Campagne sort. This slightly sour, wild-fermented, airy and gluten-y goodness goes exceptionally well with most of his other favorite things: artisan cheese, farmhouse cider, and a nice finocchiona.
