This lavender infused cane sugar was inspired by one of Krista's most popular seasonal baking mixes- the lavender sugar cookies. She was making this sugar in bulk just for those cookie mixes, but also would regularly use it to make cakes or sweeten her tea, just because she had it around. People often requested the recipe, or requested to have the lavender sugar cookie mix year-round. So, Krista decided to package it up for all of you to use at home, and she even included her lavender sugar cookie recipe on the back.
Krista's espresso infused cane sugar is best used in chocolate cookies or cakes, as the espresso powder enhances the flavor of chocolate. This sugar also works great in chocolate chip cookies or coffee cake, or to make simple syrup.
