Statement by Portland Syrups:
A premium small-batch syrup brewed by hand in Oregon with seasonally-selected whole ingredients and natural sweeteners. Our syrups feature 40% less sugar than a typical mixer, yet are carefully formulated to have stronger flavor per serving. Each 16 oz. bottle makes 16-32 cocktails, or nearly one gallon of finished, full-strength soda.
We brew this focused, intense ginger syrup with mountains of whole fresh ginger root. To this brew we add Japanese chilies for an authentic, slightly hot finish. Use this flavor powerhouse to mix up Moscow Mules, Whiskey-Gingers, and Dark & Stormies that will have your guests lost for words! Simply add to any unflavored sparkling water and build your drink as you would with a ready-to-drink ginger beer or ginger ale.

In this syrup, full, round berry flavors are developed from a careful blend of hibiscus flower and rose hip. Hand-ground whole toasted cardamom adds depth and subtle spicing. Ideal with clear liquors such and vodka and gin, or splash a half-teaspoon in a champagne cocktail, or mix with tequila.

Vanilla Spice Rooibos
Rooibos tea, vanilla, and cinnamon are one of the world’s great flavor trinities. In this rich, fragrant syrup, each flavor comes through clearly, easily adding layers of depth to your drink. The rooibos' base notes of honey and soft peach mix well with brandy, whiskey, or light rum.

Rose City Tonic
Portland's own House Spirits approached us to create a tonic that paired with their award-winning Aviation gin. This authentically-brewed whole-ingredient tonic, made with genuine cinchona bark, features a delicate floral layer that supports but does not compete with Aviation's spice roster. Cinchona, the bittering bark from which tonics get their quinine, delivers a complex, gently astringent tonic “bite.” This makes the driest gin and tonic you'll find — simply stir it with a bit of sparkling water prior to building your drink.

Fragrant, whole dried rose blossoms and petals are slow-brewed in stages with dried rose hips, to capture the flower’s essence at several stages of its expression. It is sweet and tart with a subdued but complex floral character, and is extremely versatile.
Wonderfully refreshing on it’s own, or add clear liquors for an especially delightful cocktail.

Nice and spicy from fresh habanero and serrano chilies, rich with mounds of fresh whole ginger, and enchantingly flavored with fresh basil, the “100” is a fantastic blend of standard and trending cocktail flavors.

This all-natural root beer syrup is brewed with genuine sarsaparilla root and hand-crushed and toasted spices, and sweetened with cane sugars and molasses. We add whole-bean vanilla extract for a creamy, complex finish. The warming spices match beautifully with bourbons and rums, and the star anise works well with absinthe. Enjoy plain with sparkling water, or, simply drizzle it over ice cream.

MadeHere Marionberry Basil
Created in collaboration with Portland Syrups, this flavor is a delicious Marionberry and basil mix with a hint of lemongrass. Perfect as a summer soda, or mixed with bourbon, vodka or rum.
Ingredients: water (infused with organic basil & lemongrass), cane sugar, marionberry puree, blackberry puree, citric acid.
Made with plum and cranberry, reminiscent of crisp fall mornings and the approach of the holiday season.
